Yoga is not just a set of asanas, it brings positive changes in one’s lifestyle making him a better aware and responsible human being.
'I have so much to be grateful for! While practicing Yoga I actively feel myself going into a true spiritual state of flow. Time in Nature brings me there as well, but with Yoga I had was able to exercise it anytime and anywhere. I felt free and light. It started as positive association with my surroundings, the pluming of my feet to the mat, the sound of the instructor's voice as she read a line of poetry during class. My attention shifted to breath and body… the opening of my throat in a backbend, the pocket of air in my palm as I held downward dog, obtaining a fully engaged exhale. Eventually, I was no longer thinking; I was inside of the yoga. I felt myself as an intuitive part of each asana.'
